Nature & Landscape

My photography is the result of being there at the right moment.

This is where every photographer starts, but few of them stays for longer. Flowers, bugs, flies, birds and views are a part of everyone’s portfolio (who ever owned a camera). I honestly think this is the most difficult field of photography. You need to have patience, understand the nature when it speaks to you and… sometimes sit for hours or days to capture that perfect moment. Specially when it comes to the movement. I honestly think here are all the skills you need to prove and to combine into a one raw picture.

If I have any ‘message’ worth giving to a beginner it is that there are no shortcuts in photography.

The story behind these photos is written in my head. Mostly because it is connected with one of the most beautiful memories from my past and also that day I broke my lens, just to get a photo. It was summer 2013 and we were in the woods close to Cordoba city. I saw dragonfly flying around and I had a feeling I need to take a close up photo, which took me some time cause I needed to be 5 cm from this pretty creature. At that time I didn’t own great close up lens, so I needed to use extensions! PS I still do not own a proper close up len.

When I take pictures of such small nature I get a feeling they know what I am doing. It’s like they know I do not want to harm them.

The earth has its music for those who will listen.
